Terms of Service

The Platform is invite-only. Access is limited to accounts explicitly authorized by the Operator and authenticated by an allowlisted email plus a confidential access code. You must not share your account, credentials, or access code, or permit anyone else to use your access.

The Platform — its software and source code, design and user interface, the structure and presentation of its dossiers and executive summaries, its research methodology, prompts, and service-matching logic, and all other content and concepts — is the exclusive property of the Operator and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. © 2026 Prospect-IQ. Subject to these Terms, the Operator grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for internal sales-intelligence purposes within their authorized organisation. This licence conveys no ownership and may be revoked at any time.

You agree that you will not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute the Platform or any part of it;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive its source code, prompts, or methodology;
• Scrape, crawl, or access the Platform by automated means, or extract its data in bulk;
• Use the Platform, its outputs, or its concepts to build, train, or operate a competing product or service;
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent authentication, access controls, rate limits, or any security measure;
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit access to the Platform;
• Disclose, share, or publish dossiers, executive summaries, or other outputs outside your authorized organisation.

Dossiers, executive summaries, stakeholder profiles, and other research outputs are generated by AI from public web sources. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date — named individuals and contact details in particular change frequently. Outputs are research support only; they are not professional, legal, or financial advice, and must be independently verified before you act on them. The Operator does not warrant the accuracy of any AI-generated content.

The Platform, its features, its methodology, and all outputs are confidential. You must not disclose, demonstrate, screenshot, record, or describe them to anyone outside your authorized organisation without the Operator's written permission.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the Platform or reliance on its outputs, including commercial decisions made on the basis of AI-generated research.

The Operator may suspend or revoke any account's access at any time, with or without notice, including for breach of these Terms. Sections 2, 4, 6, and 7 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. The Operator may update these Terms; material changes will be surfaced on the login screen, and the "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
